Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the IDEEVY website, APIs, dashboards, and related identity verification services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by INTEGRITYTECH HK LIMITED (“IDEEVY”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
IDEEVY provides software and APIs for identity document verification, biometric checks, and compliance screening. Features, availability, and supported countries are described in documentation and your order form. We may update the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be a business or authorized representative with legal capacity to contract. You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Customer obligations
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable KYC/AML and privacy laws.
- Obtain valid legal basis and notices from end users before submitting their personal data.
- Not use the Services to discriminate unlawfully or for prohibited jurisdictions or use cases we specify.
- Not reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Services except as permitted in writing.
4. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed per your pricing agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may suspend access for overdue amounts after notice.
5. Intellectual property
IDEEVY retains all rights in the Services, software, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services during your subscription. Feedback may be used to improve our products without obligation to you.
6. Data protection
Our Privacy Policy applies to website data. For end-user verification data, you are typically the controller and IDEEVY acts as processor; a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies when you execute an enterprise or standard customer agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of the relationship.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that verifications will meet every regulatory outcome in all jurisdictions. You remain responsible for your compliance program and final decisions on onboarding.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid to IDEEVY in that period, except for fraud, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify IDEEVY against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or lack of proper end-user consent.
11. Term and termination
Either party may terminate per the agreement. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach or legal risk. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using API keys; retention of data is governed by the DPA and law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
